Just because you are talented DOES NOT guarantee that you will be successful. Selling records, performing in concerts, appearing before audiences and making a positive impact on others all requires hard-work, dedication and the proper support system. Don't be another artist that is invited to a room because of their "talent" - to soon be DISMISSED from that same room due to an undeveloped "character."

 

Artists that understand their "GIFT" will not simply rely on their "Talent" - They will put in the work to be developed. 
 

What tends to makes the artist different is that they seem to always have their dreams on their minds, while talented people get distracted by settling for only what's being handed to them.
